Acer announces B-Trac Technologies Ltd. as New Distributor Partner

Bangalore, India (November 6, 2016): ACER, the leading laptop and PC player in India, today announced its partnership with B-Trac Technologies Ltd.- one of the leading IT hardware solutions company as its newest distributor in Bangladesh. Under the terms of the agreement, B-Trac Technologies will distribute Acer's products, including notebooks, desktop PCs and monitors, further B-Trac will also become the provider of service and support in Bangladesh.

On the partnership inauguration program the Mr. Pinaki Banerjee, Business Head for Bangladesh & East India spoke on behalf of Acer; Mr. Harjinder Singer, Commercial Head for Bangladesh and Mr. Shakib Hasan, Country Channel Consultant for Bangladesh from Acer was also present. • Payza তে একাউন্ট করতে চাইলে  এখানে ক্লিক করুন CLICK HERE
• তারপর Sign Up-এ ক্লিক করুন
• Personal  সিলেক্ট করুন।
• ফর্ম টি সঠিক ভাবে ফিল আপ করে Next Step এ ক্লিক করুন আপনার National ID কার্ড এর সব তথ্যের সাথে মিল রেখে। মনে রাখবেন কোন ভুল তথ্য দিলে কিন্তু একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই হবে না।
• সেকেন্ড স্টেপ এ আপনি আপনার Email address , Password , Transaction Pin (যা ডলার সেন্ড করতে দরকার হবে)এবং Security Question সিলেক্ট করে Answer লিখে Final Step এ ক্লিক করতে হবে।
• তারপর যে ইমেল দিয়ে Registration করলেন সেই ইমেল এর লগিন করে ইনবক্স এ গিয়ে আপনার Payza Account Validation করতে হবে।

কিভাবে Payza একাউন্ট ভেরিফিকেশন করবেন:

দুইভাবে Payza তে একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই করা যায়ঃ

• Document Validation অথবা
• Photo ID Validation

যেভাবে Document Validation এর মাধ্যমে ভেরিফাই করবেন আপনার Payza একাউন্ট :

Document Validation পদ্ধতি ব্যাবহার করে একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই করতে গেলে যা যা লাগবে :

1. আপনার ন্যাশনাল আইডি কার্ড অথবা পাসপোর্ট অথবা ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সের স্ক্যান কপি ।
2. আপনার এক মাসের ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট ( সর্বচ্চো ছয় মাসের পুরোনো )

এবার আমরা জেনে নেই কিভাবে অ্যাকাউন্ট ভেরিফাই করব -

• আপনার পেজা একাউন্টে লগইন করে উপরে ডান দিকে Verification এ  ক্লিক করুন।
• এখান থেকে আপনার পছন্দের অপশনটি বেছে নিন । আমি Document Validation অপশনটি বেছে নিলাম।
• Photo ID অপশন থেকে যেকোনো একটি অপশন বেছে নিন এবং Choose File থেকে আপনার ডকুমেন্টের স্ক্যান কপিটি সিলেক্ট করুন । এবার তার নিচে Bank Document এর নিচে Bank Statementএ টিক চিহ্ন দিয়ে ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্টের স্ক্যান কপিটি সিলেক্ট করে দিন । Document অবশ্যই Jpeg Format এ দিতে হবে।
• সবকিছু ঠিক থাকলে Next চাপুন । আপনার আপলোড করা ডকুমেন্টের প্রিভিউ দেখতে পাবেন ।
• সবকিছু ঠিক থাকলে সেন্ড অপশনে ক্লিক করে আপনার রিকোয়েস্টটি সেন্ড করুন ।
• আবার Verification এ গিয়ে  Photo ID Validation অপশন সিলেক্ট করুন । নিচের মত পেজ পাবেন ।
• Photo ID থেকে আপনার ন্যাশনাল আইডি কার্ড , পাসপোর্ট কিংবা ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সের স্ক্যান কপিটি সিলেক্ট করে Next চাপুন । Document অবশ্যই Jpeg Format এ দিতে হবে।
• আপনার আপলোড করা ডকুমেন্টের প্রিভিউ দেখতে পাবেন ।
• সবকিছু ঠিক থাকলে Send অপশনে ক্লিক করে রিকোয়েস্ট সেন্ড করুন ।
• ভেরিফিকেশন রিকোয়েস্ট দেবার 2-3 দিনের মাঝেই পেজা থেকে রিপ্লাই পাবেন । আপনার আপলোড করা ডকুমেন্ট যদি সঠিক হয় তাহলে পেজা আপনার একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই করে দেবে ।
• তবে যদি আপনার ভেরিফিকেশন রিকোয়েস্ট একসেপ্ট করা না হয় তাহলে পেজা থেকে আপনাকে জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে কি কারনে আপনার রিকোয়েস্ট একসেপ্ট কয়ার সম্ভব হয়নি । কারণগুলো হতে পারে

এবার দেখা যাক কিভাবে Photo ID Validation পদ্ধতিতে ভেরিফাই করবেন :

আর আপনি যদি Photo ID Validation পদ্ধতি ব্যাবহার করে একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই করতে চান, তাহলে আপনার ন্যাশনাল আইডি কার্ডের সাথে পাসপোর্ট কিংবা ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সের দরকার হবে। উল্লেখ্য যে Photo ID Validation পদ্ধতিতে ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্টের কোনো প্রয়োজন নেই ।

একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই করার রিকোয়েস্ট একসেপ্ট না হবার কিছু কারন :

• আপনার সাবমিট করা ন্যাশনাল আইডি কার্ডের স্ক্যান কপি অস্পষ্ট হলে ।
• আপনার ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্টে দেয়া নাম বা ঠিকানার সাথে যদি আপনার পেজা একাউন্টের নাম বা ঠিকানা না মেলে ।
• আপনার সাবমিট করা ডকুমেন্ট ব্রোকেন হলে ।

অনেকেই আমাকে প্রশ্ন করেছে যে Scan Copy আবার কি আর এটা কোথায় পাবঃ

Scan Copy হল আপনার NID অথবা যেকোন Document এর Scan করা কপি। এই Scan Copy আপনি চাইলে যেকোন কম্পিউটার এর দোকান থেকে বানিয়ে নিতে পারেন। তাছারাও আপনি আপনার Android ফোনটা ব্যবহার করে সহজেই Scan Copy পেতে পারেন। তার জন্য আপনাকে Play Store এ যেয়ে Camscenner লিখে সার্চ দিয়ে App টা Install করতে হবে। তারপর ওই App তা দিয়েই Scan Copy বানাতে পারবেন।

Bangladesh warns its citizens in Turkey not to go to public places

The Bangladesh missions in Turkey also opened a helpline to assist its citizens.

The advisory followed an attempted military coup on Friday night, which eventually failed.

"In view of the unfolding developments in Turkey, particularly since July 15, 2016, all Bangladesh nationals in Turkey have been advised to restrict their movements and avoid public places. All Bangladesh nationals in Turkey are reportedly safe," the ministry said in a statement.

সাইটে এত হিট কাউন্ট তবুও ব্যবসা হচ্ছে না? আপনার জন্য Google Analytics

হাজারো মানুষ প্রতিদিন আপনার সাইটে ঢুকছে আর আপনি ক্রেতা পাচ্ছেন দৈনিক ৭ জন? এটা নিয়ে আপনার মন খারাপ? আপনি কি চিন্তিত? ভাবছেন সাইটের কোন পয়েন্টে গিয়ে সবাই ট্যাব ক্লোজ করে দিচ্ছে? আপনার একটা ক্লিক দূরত্বে বসে থাকা দুনিয়ার সবচেয়ে দক্ষArtificial Intelligence এর সাহায্য নেবার কথা ভেবে দেখেছেন? জি, গুগলের কথাই বলছি। আপনার এই সমস্যার জন্য আছেGoogle Analytics.

অনেক ই-স্টোর মালিকদের কাছে Google Analytics নতুন কিছু না। অনেকেই এটা ব্যবহার করে সাইটে কতজন মানুষ আসছে প্রতিদিন সেটা বের করেন। অনেকেই যেটা জানে না সেটা হল,আপনি এই সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করে মানুষ আপনার সাইটের কোথায় ক্লিক করছে সেটাও দেখতে পারবেন। বুঝতে না পারলে বলি, আপনার যদি ফেসবুকে কোন পোস্ট ভালো লাগে তাহলে আপনি সেটার লাইক অপশনে কারসর নিয়ে ক্লিক করেন। তেমনি আপনার প্রোডাক্টের ছবি ভাল লাগলে মানুষ সেটায় ক্লিক করবে, নাহলে সাইট লিভ করবে। সফটওয়্যারটি ব্যবহার করে আপনি কোথায় কারসর মুভমেন্ট বেশি হচ্ছে সেটা দেখতে পারবেন আর সেটা আপনাকে বলে দিবে সাইটের কোন পয়েন্ট থেকে কাস্টমাররা চলে যাচ্ছে।

আপনার জন্য বুদ্ধিমানের কাজ হবে একটা Conversion or Sale Funnel তৈরি করা। এটা কি? আর কেনই বা এটা সেট আপ করবেন আপনি?

সাইটের হোমপেজে হিট সবচেয়ে বেশি হবে এটা তো বুঝতেই পারছেন। এখানে এসে যদি ক্রেতা যা খুজছেন সেটা পেয়ে যান তাহলে পেজে থাকবেন তা নাহলে চলে যাবেন। প্রোডাক্ট ডিটেইলস, চেকআউট- এধরনের পেজ গুলোতে ক্রমশ হিট কাউন্ট কমতে থাকবে।

আপনি যদি এমন একটি ফানেল তৈরি করে নিতে পারেন তাহলে প্রতিটি স্টেজে কয়জন করে ভিজিটর হারাচ্ছেন সেটা সহজেই ধরতে পারবেন। ফানেল সেট আপ করার পর আপনার হাতে আসবে পাওয়ার অফ ইনফরমেশন। কি সেই ইনফরমেশন?

• ঠিক কোন জায়গায় এসে ভিজিটররা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিচ্ছে
• কতজন কাস্টমার হারাচ্ছেন
• ঠিক কোন জায়গায় ইমপ্রুভমেন্ট দরকার

আপনার কোন ধরনের ফানেল দরকার?

সফলতার পূর্বশর্ত হল আপনার একটি লক্ষ্য থাকতে হবে যেটা পূরণ করার জন্য আপনি পরিশ্রম করবেন। গুগলের ভাষায় এটাকে বলে“Goal”। ফুটবলে গোল যেমন মাঠের শেষ সীমানায় গিয়ে দিতে হয়, এখানেও গোল সেরকমই। আপনি কাস্টমারদের শেষ ক্লিকটি যেখানে পড়তে দেখতে চান সেটাই আপনার গোল। আপনি কয়টা গোল দিচ্ছেন সেটাই আপনার সাইটের সফলতা নির্ধারণ করবে। আপনার গোল কাউন্ট করার কাজটি সহজ করে দিচ্ছে গুগল।

গুগল আপনাকে চার ধরনের গোল তৈরি করতে দিবে, Destination, Time on site, Pageviews per visit , Event ।অনলাইন স্টোর মালিক হিসেবে প্রথমটাই সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এক্ষেত্রে আপনি ফাইনাল পেজ বা চেকআউট পেজটাকে ডেসটিনেশনহিসেবে রাখতে পারেন। আপনার সাইটে যদি প্রোডাক্ট রিলেটেড কোন ভিডিও থাকে অথবা অনেক ঝকমকে ছবি, বা বিশাল বর্ণনা, সেক্ষেত্রে আপনি একটি টাইম অন সাইট গোল সেট করতে পারেন। আপনার লিমিট যদি ১০ মিনিট থাকে, আপনি জানতে পারবেন কয়জন ১০ মিনিট ধরে আপনার পেজে আছে বা তার আগেই চলে যাচ্ছে। ১০০% সঠিক ডাটা পাবেন না এক্ষেত্রে কারণ অনেকেই আছেন যারা আপনার সাইটের ট্যাব খোলা রেখে অন্য কিছু করছেন। যেই রেজাল্ট আসবে তার থেকে কিছু কমিয়ে চিন্তা করবেন সব সময়।

গুগল আপনাকে ২০ ধরনের ফানেল তৈরি করতে দেবে যদি আপনার প্রিমিয়াম একাউন্ট না থাকে। আমি আপনাকে কিছু উদাহরণ দেইঃ

• প্রোডাক্ট পেজ>কাস্টমাইজেশন>অ্যাড টূ কার্ট>বিলিং>চেক আউট
• অ্যাড টু কার্ট>এড্রেস>বিলিং>চেকআউট

                                                                                     

এখন প্রশ্ন হল আপনি কিভাবে ডাটা এনালাইসিস করবেন? থিওরেটিকাল উত্তর না দিয়ে আমি চেষ্টা করব আপনাকে একটি বাস্তব উদাহরণ দিয়ে ক্লিয়ার করতে।নিচের ছবিটি দেখুনঃ

গুগল খুব সহজ করেই আপনার জন্য সবকিছু রেডি করবে। ছবিটি একটি অনলাইন বুকস্টোরের কনভারশন ফানেল। একনজর দেখলেই বুঝতে পারবেন ১০.২১৪ জন শপিং কার্টে প্রবেশ করছেন আর ১২৪৪ জন সেটাও করছেন না(লাল আর সবুজ ফলো করুন)। শপিং কার্ট সেকশনে হিট কাউন্ট ১০,২১৪ আর বিলিং ইনফরমেশনে কাউন্ট ৫৭৭৩, অর্থাৎ ৫০% এর মত ভিজিটর বিলিং সেকশন পর্যন্ত আসেই নি। আপনি গুগলকে বিনা পয়সায় হিসাব নিকাশের চাকরি দিয়ে সাইটটিকে আরো ডেভেলাপ করার দিকে মন দিন।

বেনিফিট অফ ইনফরমেশন সবাই নিতে পারে না। আপনাকে অবশ্যই বিচক্ষণতার সাথে গুগলের দেয়া তথ্য কাজে লাগাতে হবে।আপনি যদি দেখেন হোম পেজ থেকেই ভিজিটররা চলে যাচ্ছে তাহলে আপনার উচিত হবেঃ

• প্রোডাক্ট পাল্টে ফেলা

• প্রোডাক্ট ডেসক্রিপশন ঠিক করা। বোরিং কথাবার্তা রাখবেন না

• দাম কমিয়ে দেয়া

এছাড়া আপনি যেটা করতে পারেন সেটা হল পপ-আপ ব্যবহার। WebEngage এক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে সহায়তা করতে পারে। কিন্তু এটাও মাথায় রাখবেন যে পপ আপ হার্ট দুর্বল মানুষদের পছন্দ না আর অনেক নরমাল মানুষও পপ আপে বিরক্ত হন। কিন্তু ডিসকাউন্ট সহ পপ আপ দিতেই পারেন। একটি বিশেষ গোষ্ঠীর কাস্টমাররা ডিস্কাউন্ট দেখলে বেশ খুশি হন।

এবার আপনি কার্ট থেকে ঝরে পড়া কাস্টমারদের হাতে রাখতে চান। এক্ষেত্রে করনীয়ঃ

• প্রোডাক্টের সাথে সব চার্জ ইনক্লুডেড রাখবেন। হিডেন চার্জ খুবই বিরক্তিকর।
• ফ্রি শিপিং দেয়ার চেষ্টা করবেন
• রেজিস্ট্রেশন ছাড়া চেকআউট করার অপশন রাখতে পারেন
• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সিস্টেম রাখুন।মানুষ আপনাকে না দেখে আপনার প্রোডাক্ট নিতে রাজি থাকলেও অনেকেই আছেন যারা অনলাইনে ক্রেডিট কার্ডের তথ্য দিতে চান না

সব কথার শেষ কথা Google Analytic আপনার জীবন অনেক সহজ করে দিচ্ছে। গুগলের দেয়া ইনফরমেশন অনুযায়ী আপনার সাইটটিতে যা যা পরিবর্তন আনা উচিত বলে মনে করেন সেগুলো করে ফেলুন। অনেক পরিশ্রম করার পরও আশাজনক ফল না পেলে সবারই খারাপ লাগে। খারাপ লাগা নিয়ে বসে না থেকে আজই কাজে নেমে পড়ুন আর সেলস বাড়িয়ে দিন পকেটের পয়সাকড়ি খরচ ছাড়াই।(নেটের বিলের পয়সা যাবে, আমি ধরে নিচ্ছি সেটা আপনার ইনিশিয়াল ইনভেস্টমেন্টের ভিতরই হিসেব হচ্ছে)। আর আপনার যদি এতোই দুর্বোধ্য মনে হয় Google Analytics এর ব্যাপার স্যাপার তবে কোন বিশেষজ্ঞের সাহায্য নিন।

আবহাওয়া অধিদপ্তরের ভূ-কম্পন পর্যবেক্ষণ কর্মকর্তা মমিনুল ইসলাম জানান, বাংলাদেশ সময় বেলা ১টা ৪২ মিনিটে রিখটার স্কেলে ৪.৬ মাত্রার ওই ভূমিকম্প অনুভূত হয়।

Bangladesh's Taskin Ahmed and Arafat Sunny suspended from bowling due to actions by ICC

The ICC has barred Arafat Sunny and Taskin Ahmed from bowling after finding their actions to be illegal, landing a huge blow to Bangladesh's World Twenty20 campaign ahead of their Super 10 match against Australia.

Sunny's analysis revealed that the elbow extension for majority of his deliveries had exceeded the permissible 15 degrees' level of tolerance, while not all of Taskin’s deliveries were legal, the ICC said in a media statement on Saturday.

In addition to being banned from bowling in international matches, the duo will also not be able to bowl in domestic competitions of ICC member nations.

But with the consent of the BCB, the two bowlers may be able to participate in domestic events in Bangladesh.

Left-arm spinner Saqlain Sajib and allrounder Shuvagata Hom Chowdhury were called up to replace Sunny and Taskin.

The two suspended bowlers were reported for suspect action after their first-round match against the Netherlands in Dharamsala on Mar 9.

Sunny flew to Chennai for the ICC bowling assessment on Mar 12.

Taskin went to Chennai for the test after the first round matches. Bangladesh bowling coach Heath Streak claimed earlier he had no qualms over Taskin's bowling action.

Bangladesh qualified for the business end of the tournament in style but went down to Pakistan in their first Super 10 match at Kolkata's Eden Gardens.

They will take on Australia on Monday and India on Wednesday in Bengaluru. The team will return to Kolkata for the last Group 2 match against New Zealand on Mar 26.

Business Card skimming at six ATM booths from three banks EBL UCBL and CITY Bank

“We’re certain from our primary findings that these scams were pulled off at six ATM booths belonging to three separate banks including Eastern Bank Limited. Our investigators were at these banks and booths this morning,” central bank spokesperson Subhankar Saha.

The names of the other two banks have not been disclosed ‘for the sake of investigation’ but United Commercial Bank has already filed a case at Banani Police Station saying skimming devices were set up in their booths.

The banks, Saha said, will have to continue providing ATM and other services. Those who do shut them down voluntarily will be looked into.

The incident of ATM fraud is forcing people in Bangladesh, who were beginning to feel at ease with Internet banking and payment using credit or debit cards, to think again about such transactions.

Freak transactions using ATMs reported on Thursday and Friday is said to have cost EBL clients hundreds of thousands of taka. 

bdnews24.com journalist Mahbuba Akter Dina said on Friday, she received two notifications from the bank that Tk 80,000 in total were withdrawn from her account from Mutual Trust Bank’s ATM at Shewraparha.

Shocked in the knowledge that her card was with her, she called EBL’s customer care. The bank then stopped withdrawals using ATMs from other banks after several other cases were reported. 

A person whose bank is connected with the central bank’s National Payment Switch can withdraw money from the ATM booths of 47 other banks also linked with the Switch. 

Bangladesh has nine million card holders, and more than eight million of them are debit cards. ATM services are offered from 7,000 booths across the country, according to the central bank. 

How they scam

The frauds planted video cameras inside the ATM as well as skimming devices they used to steal card information and watch people enter their PINs on the entry pad, the central bank said in a media statement.   

They forged duplicate copies of these cards to steal the cash. 

EBL said client information have been stolen from two of their booths in Gulshan. 

The bank, in a statement on Sunday, said they first froze 21 cards after clients reported unauthorised transactions but it later moved to deactivate all cards used in those two ATMs.

A scam like this will require all card information which a scanner or skimming device can get, said Strategy Officer for Fiber@Home, Sumon Ahmed Sabir. 

The scanner set up near a card reader on an ATM machine copies a client’s information when a card is swiped on the magnetic strip. The information taken from a scanner is copied on another chip on a blank card, said Ahmed, an expert on microchip security.   

But withdrawing money still requires a PIN. Thieves plant tiny cameras near the entry pad, speakers or in other places where they cannot be easily noticed. 

People who use ATMs are advised to cover the entry pad with their other hand. 

“ATM skimming happens frequently abroad. Bank’s own employees and booth security officials are found to be involved in 90 percent of the cases.” 

“It’s not easy to plant these devices if there is efficient security at the gate.”  

The central bank has instructed banks to install anti-skimming devices, monitor the surveillance footages, and disallow third parties from repairing the machines. 

The banks whose ATMs were compromised have been told to make a list of clients whose data have been stolen between Feb 7 and 14, and also provide them with new cards in place of old ones.     

The central bank said it was working to determine the banks’ liability in compensating the fraud victims.
  
The EBL has also said it will fully compensate those whose money has been stolen.
